Bollywood real estate deal: Superstar Hrithik Roshan and his father, veteran filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, have recently sold three apartments in Mumbai’s Andheri West locality for a combined value of ₹6.75 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.

Bollywood Father-Son Duo Offload Nearly 2,000 Sq Ft of Property

The apartments—spread across two prominent buildings in Andheri West—total close to 2,000 sq ft in built-up area. These real estate transactions were completed and registered in May 2025, as per documents accessed through the Maharashtra government’s IGR portal.

Full Breakdown of Hrithik and Rakesh Roshan’s Property Sales

In the first transaction, Rakesh Roshan sold a 1,025 sq ft flat in Veejays Niwas CHS Ltd, Andheri West. The buyer, Sonali Ajmera, purchased the apartment for ₹3.75 crore. The sale was registered on May 25, 2025, with a stamp duty payment of ₹18.75 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000.

The second transaction saw Rakesh Roshan selling a 625 sq ft unit in Raheja Classique, also in Andheri West, for ₹2.20 crore. The buyers were Jeevan Bhavanani, Shilpa Wadhwani, and Gaurav Wadhwani. The property deal was registered on May 17, 2025, with stamp duty of ₹13.20 lakh and ₹30,000 in registration fees.

In the third deal, Hrithik Roshan sold a 240 sq ft apartment in the same Raheja Classique building to the same trio of buyers for ₹80 lakh. The registration took place on May 17, 2025, with a stamp duty of ₹4.80 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000.


Roshan Family’s Expanding Footprint in Indian Real Estate

This isn’t the first time Hrithik Roshan has made headlines for real estate moves. Earlier in January 2025, the actor rented out a 2,727 sq ft commercial office in Goregaon for ₹5.62 lakh per month. In February, he renewed a lease on a 9,209 sq ft commercial property in Pune’s Kharadi area at a rental value of ₹6.08 lakh per month, according to CRE Matrix.
